Set in New Orleans, Louisiana, 800 metres from Bourbon Street, Factors Row I Sextant boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 flat-screen cable TVs and central air conditioning. The apartment was amazing! The one we stay was two bedrooms and two bathrooms, super clean, modern, beautiful and spacious. just few minutes away and walking distance from all the attractions. The apartment look sooooooooo much better in person than the pictures. It has everything you need shampoo, soap, conditioner, hand sanitizer, face mask, dish soap, coffee, sugar, creamer. well everything you need! I highly recommend this place! I will come back!

The kitchen was fantastic. I wish I had been able to stay longer so I could have made better use of it. The keyless entry made coming and going so much better by not having to carry around another set of keys and there was plenty of street parking. I would have never thought to look for an accommodation like this, but there weren’t any hotels due to the hurricane. Turns out this was sooo much better.

The house itself was well maintained and very well stocked. Everything was clean ready for us. The beds were very comfortable. And anytime we needed anything the owner was there to assist and we had a parking space. Also he didn’t mind that we arrived late. He was still there to greet us and show us around. The bathrooms and the entire house were beautiful.
